The subscription belongs to your account, not to a single Workspace, and the plan decides how many it carries — 1 on Starter, up to 3 on Growth, up to 10 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise. Adding a second Workspace means upgrading for the capacity; you never pay for a second subscription. Your monthly AI credits are one shared pool across every Workspace on the account — 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Growth, 5,000 on Pro, 15,000 on Enterprise — so a quiet month in one Workspace leaves more credit for the others.
The Business Launch Package is the one part that is charged per Workspace, because each one is genuinely built from scratch. It’s a one-time charge when that Workspace is created — it covers provisioning, your AI Crew setup, business onboarding, your initial website generation and system configuration. It’s never charged again unless you add another Workspace, and it’s separate from your monthly subscription. Optional Concierge Services remain a separate offering. Upgrading later? You never pay it twice — your Business Launch Package only charges the difference between what you’ve already invested and your new plan’s package.
